About the Course
Often clients seek help with the goal of changing one or more habits such as drug and alcohol consumption, comfort eating, insufficient exercise, or withdrawing from social connections. Experiences of trauma often lead to the establishment of habits that provide protection and facilitate survival, and are effective for a period of time. Many clients can feel frightened and/or hopeless about changing these habits.
